Welcome to nooziq. By using this site, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — we want you to actually understand what you're signing up for.

1. Who can use nooziq

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher). You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. What you can submit

nooziq welcomes AI-augmented, AI-generated, and human-made music alike. What we don't accept:

• Music that infringes someone else's copyright. If you used training data, samples, or stems, make sure you have the right to do so.
• Content that contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Sexually explicit material involving anyone under 18, or non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
• Content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders, or dangerous activities.
• Spam, scams, or attempts to defraud other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms, with or without notice.

3. Community standards

nooziq is a positive, supportive space. When you review, comment, or interact with other creators:

• Be constructive. "This doesn't work for me because X" is fine. "This is garbage" is not.
• Stay focused on the work, not the person.
• Don't pile on. If you disagree with a track or a review, say so once and move on.
• Honest negative feedback is welcome — toxicity is not.

Persistent or severe violations may result in suspension or removal.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account. We're not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access if you didn't take reasonable care.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of everything you submit. By submitting it, you grant nooziq a non-exclusive licence to host, display, stream, and distribute it within the platform — including in features like discovery, recommendations, and shared playlists.

You confirm that you have the right to submit the content (i.e. you made it, or you have permission from whoever did).

6. Credits, payments, and economy

nooziq has an internal credits system. Credits are not money, are non-refundable, and have no cash value outside the platform. We may change credit prices, free allocations, and reward structures at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes.

7. AI disclosure

We encourage (but don't require) artists to disclose how AI tools were involved in their work. We may add more structured AI-disclosure features over time. You may not falsely claim a track was made without AI assistance when it wasn't.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to compromise the platform.

9. Disclaimers

nooziq is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high uptime and good behaviour, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nooziq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will bump the version number and notify active users. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
